El ejercicio que haces al practicar el boxeo plantea un desaf\u00edo para todo tu cuerpo y puede producir diversos beneficios f\u00edsicos y emocionales. No obstante, una vida de pr\u00e1ctica de este deporte no deja de plantear riesgos. Debido a que el boxeo es un deporte de contacto, sus desventajas tienen que ver con las consecuencias f\u00edsicas que el deporte puede acarrear para tu cuerpo y tu mente.<\/p>\n<div class=\"adsense-inline-ad\" data-ad-unit-name=\"adsense-inline\"><\/div>\n<h2>Desarrolla un cuerpo flexible y saludable<\/h2>\n<p>Los entrenamientos de box pueden transformar tu cuerpo. Algunos elementos del entrenamiento del boxeo, que incluyen correr, saltar la cuerda, golpear un pesado saco y los combates de pr\u00e1ctica pueden ayudar a quemar cientos de calor\u00edas en un corto lapso de tiempo. Estas actividades te pueden ayudar a perder peso y a mantenerlo. El boxeo tambi\u00e9n fortalece los m\u00fasculos de todo tu cuerpo y mejora tu desempe\u00f1o cardiovascular. Como ocurre con muchas formas de ejercicio, la pr\u00e1ctica del boxeo puede ayudarte a olvidar r\u00e1pidamente las tensiones del d\u00eda y a aclarar tu mente.
